35" Pitbull Rockers and Camburg UCA's en route!

:naughty:Just called and ordered my 35x12.50R17 Puitbull Rocker Radials from Discount Tire. 2-3 days shipping and then time to bring out the big hammer maybe the saw! I refuse to rock a body lift.
And then the Camburg UCA's should be in. No more weak creaking ball joints! I'm one wheel bearing away from having a completely new front end.

Pics will be up as soon as I get parts.

I have 35x12.50-17 on cragar soft 8 wheels and I rub on my frame WITH a 3 inch body lift and 3 inch suspension lift. Do you think wheel spacers would fix that??

Congrats! No comment on the typo in the title, lol.

Mayn, i frum Jawga. I aint c no typo! But for real though, what did I f-up?

So you rub the frame in the rear with the inside of the tire? Or are we talkin front rubbing the UCA? Either way spacers should help. Never anyone's favorite choice but it beats buying a new set of wheels with enough backspacing. I have (2) 1.25" Spidertrax spacers up front. If I don't need them with the new wheel/tire setup, I'll be happy to sell em to ya for a real nice price.

They are fine in the back and they do rub the upper control arm and the frame up front..let me know and I may have to take them off your hands if you don't end up needing them

Picturing 35's makes me want to yell BEEFCAKE in my best Cartman voice. Can't wait for the pics.

City_Rider-Good info. Looks like there's no getting away from it. I ripped my Herculined fenders and cladding off today, took 20min. I'm not throwin up pics till it's done. No real difference. Any day now:hungry:

Thanks Steez, can you fix that on all the other forums too!?
Got the new shoes on Saturday morning and went wheeling/camping right after install. I ended up having grind a bug chunk out of my UCA to keep the sidewall out of it. It's fine for right now in a straight line but still hits with light steering. Once the new UCA's are in then I'll be able to start working the body clearance issues. The rear is gonna be pretty easy but can't tell about the front yet.
Here's the pics finally (Samsung Galaxie S II Skyrocket)

Oh yeah man, the tire wasn't anywhere near going on w/o it. After the UCA's are in I might have to go up to a 2" spacer or get deeper wheels.

I guess my wheels have a good backspacing cause they are fitting without touching the UCA but they are very very close

So could you show how much you pounded/cut out of the fenders to eliminate rubbage?

Are you running a bumpstops in the rear so the rears don't grab the fender?

yeah, w/o a BL you are just gonna be another mall crawler. Expect to do some 'major' pounding...:whip2:that's what she said!

I'm NEVER doing a body lift! so gay. I really wan to keep it as low as possible. I can't do to much flexing right now but once the new UCAs are in I'll be able to fully lock the steering again, mark the rubb spots and start cutting away.
