Seems like a good project. If it was closer I'd offer him $800 as long as the frame ain't rusted as bad as those fenders.

1k doesn't buy much vehicle in GA. Parts are probably worth the 800 or grand. Running and driving vehicles with scrap prices if I was looking for a run around not bad.

It's in Ohio... chances are the frame looks just like the fenders. Chocked full of rusty holes.
