3rd Gen 7.5"/8" 4.30 Diffs - E-Locker Rear - $700 Shipped - SOLD

SOLD

$700 SHIPPED

I have a matching set of 4.30 geared differentials out of a 1998 4runner that I would like to part with. I pulled them as spares from a local yard, but have never had to use them. They are in great shape. Gears run smoothly. Not odd noises. Locker functions as it should.

I'd like to hang on to the actuator to go into another axle but am willing to part with it if necessary. PM me if you need it as well though.

Local pickup would be best as these guys are heavy, but I know there are not many Yota folks in my neck of the woods. So, shipping is available at buyer's cost. I am also willing to meet a buyer anywhere between New Orleans and Pensacola, Fl on a weekend if that helps out.

I'd like to get $700 SHIPPED for the pair without the actuator.

For those interested in shipping - I weighed each of them this evening. Front is 55lbs and rear is 63lbs. My zip code is 70121 if you want to double check me on the shipping. I would likely pack them in separate containers for ease of transport and to avoid damage.

Let me know if you have any other questions or want additional pictures.

Thanks.

if you say yes, you will make a very happy man... im about a week to having my rear diff blow out on me, and i commute ALOT for school and work. I only need the rear diff, and figured that if im going to get a new 3rd, i may as well get a locker. would you be willing to separate (i only need rear) and sell the actuator? how much? 400-ish +ship?

please let me know, 34292 zip.

As much as I would love to help out, splitting these up will make it near impossible for me to part with the front.

Also, you may already know this, but this third will not pop right into a non-locker equipped rear end. The rear diff housing must be modified if you are replacing a non-locking rear. There are several write-ups on this forum documenting the conversion, but it is not as simple as popping in the third member.
