Built with excellent quality. Have tons of pictures of the build. Do not need sell, dad helped the whole way and said he'd be willing to sell these, meaning make another with me or another person if they don't want mine. 500$ is firm, we have over 10 hours EACH into this from trial and error. Adding the sleeping platform would add 100$ total, which is currently being built and we are waiting for the carpet to arrive.
Please don't comment to dog the price or workmanship. Positive comments or none, thank you! Truck vault has these for nearly 2k for the cheapest option. Located in Vancouver, Wa. No shipping.

LOWERED TO 400$ this includes the drawers and the fold over top. Great Deal!

What's the weight rating on the drawer slides?

Looks nice! I have considered selling mine as well, but with the time my father and I spent, and the cost of materials, the price would be pretty dang steep.

They are 100lbs from amazon. My father and I spent plenty of time on this, it was actually his idea thinking that we can make another one without trial and error, making it much faster than this one. I'm not worried if I don't sell it. I don't think people realize how many hours are put into the platforms that people make on here.

For sure. We had all the right tools when we built mine and it took the better part of Saturday, and then a bit of Sunday.

The next one I build will utilize a slide rated for well over 200lbs... I'd like to be able to slide out the drawer, slide a cover over it, and set my cooler down on it. I think that'd be sweet.

I am also interested in your carpet- it does look very nice. I used an outdoor rug from Lowes... It was like $10 and came in tan.

i used one full 4x15 so far. The other one was i ordered that was delivered today is for my sub box and the upper body part of the sleeping platform. Would recommend 100% it's good quality carpet. Little spendy though.
 
updated with the finished platform. this thing is badass. the big rectangle folds out to keep the platform level and sturdy toward the upper body area.

Nice looking platform; looks like a well thought out design. I hope to get mine done this week to camp at the 100 Acre Wood Rally. GLWS!
 
I don't think people are questioning the price or amount of time yall have invested building these. I believe it's more of the issue of not being able to ship. So, anybody intrested in these has to live within driving distance.

I'm intrested, but live in Ohio. With shipping prices these days...it would be cheaper to fly you out and have you build me a custom set...haha!! Oh well...IMHO, they look super nice...some of the nicest I've seen! Wish you the best of luck with your sale...

Very nicely built! I'd love something like this, but $600 is just out of my budget. I've got about $300-$400 set aside, and I may try to build one...

I'm sorry to hear about your truck. I totaled my 80 series in May, and bought a 3rd gen. Do you have a build thread on this platform anywhere? I would totally purchase if i was close to you. GLWS
