3rd Gen Frame Changes/Differences

I have done some searching but still haven't found an informative breakdown of all the 3rd gen frame variants. I have found that within a given year a 2WD frame can be swapped over to a 4WD by changing a crossmember but this is about all I could come up with. So what changes are there from year to year and what combinations of frame swaps are possible?

As these vehicles age, more and more people will be considering frame swaps. Having this info documented would be nice to have on T4R. TIA

I know that the early frames have less body mounts than the later frames; can't recall when the changeover year was.
