4runner gears loud whine noise

I wish Zuk lived near me. My kid's 2000 LE 2WD is starting to make some noise upon light throttle that has me a bit concerned. Diff work is not within my abilities both technically and tool-wise.

He never did a write up for the 6.7" rear diff rebuild he did for my Alltrac Camry. :sadwave:

He does send personalized photos of his progress though! Its totally awesome.
