3rd Gen High Idle Issue

Recently cleaned the TB, cleaned the MAF Sensor, and replaced the TPS. Now the truck idles at 1100 and stays around 1500-1600 when I shift into neutral while driving. It drops from 1500 to 1100 once the truck slows down to about 30 km/h (or ~20 mph).

Based on the regular idle speeds, I don't believe that it's a vacuum leak.

It's a '99 4Runner SR5, 5-speed manual, 3.4L V6.

I'm thinking about swapping back the old TPS because it idled alright, but had other issues. If it idles normal, then I can say that I got a defective "new" TPS.

From all the other threads, I'm reading more about the IAC Valve. Does anyone have a link to some pictures on how to replace/clean the IAC Valve?

I had a higher-than-usual idle after cleaning the TB and IAC valve. I pulled a fuse (I forget which one) to try and reset the ECU, but it didn't help. The high idle lasted for a few days before it went back to the typical 700 +/- 50 rpm range.

There might be a relearn procedure for it to relearn the idle. If you're set on a vacuum leak, pop the hood and listen for a hissing noise, or spray brake clean or around that area and see if your idle rises.
