condition: the drivers side end cap had a piece chip off, but it still fits/doesn't fall off at all
square ends on it, its from a 99

Question, what are hooks hanging off of bottom of cargo cover. MY 99 has them what do they do?

Those are for pieces that hook from the cargo cover up to the rear sear headrest.
