3rd Gen Tow Bar/Hitch?

Saw this tow-bar/hitch for sale today - was thinking of picking it up but before I get in contact, does this look like a fit for 3rd Gen, specifically 1999? Seems like the trailing side parts are missing to bolt onto frame but I maybe wrong. Does this look like it would bolt up as-is?

that is what the factory one looks like.

The one on you listed does look like an after market missing some pieces. I'm sure if you ask around on here, someone has one that they no longer need.

that might be the 4th gen in bumper hitch. looks very similar to the one on my sisters 4th gen could be making all that up tho. reguardless, it will not fit on a 3rd gen without some more parts.
