I would separate those man. Shipping prices on tires and wheels together suck! If you can sell those tires locally you'll find the wheels you have will get sold quicker with shipping prices being about $90 for all 4 going through the U.S. postal service.

It's a 2004 with steel 16" wheels.

These actually might fit your Tundra. These are 16x7 wheels, with a 25mm offset and the lug bolt circle diameter is 6 lug x 5.5 inch bolt circle diameter. This wheel is used on the 05-2013 Tacoma, and includes the TPMS, hubcaps, and lug nuts. Shoot me a PM if you need any more info and I can text you.
