40MPH to 45MPH Vibrating Sound

So I need a little help. When I am driving between 40MPH to 45MPH there is a vibrating sound (with NO shaking) that seems to be coming from the steering column. After I get above 45MPH the sound goes away. The other thing to bring up is that the sound does not happen when accelerating quickly but only when gradually accelerating.

Try in 4wd and see if it goes away.

I tried in 4WD and the noise still persists.
