4Runner 2nd Gen into a pickup truck. Anyone have pics of what they've done?

Hello, everyone!

I have a second gen 4Runner I am looking into transforming to a pickup truck. I don't know the exact term, but I want to leave only two doors and a bit space behind the row of seats. Somewhat like this guy : http://0.tqn.com/d/4wheeldrive/1/0/j/Z/MichaelF_TX_92Toy_1RR.jpg
Anyone have pictures or best, a link, to your or someone else's work?
I've done some research with little to no avail. I want to see some work and then more questions will roll.

In my country(Bulgaria) there are no Tacomas, so I have to cut my Runner. I had in mind to make a 2 seat pickup truck,1 door at each side. Anyone have a link to a similar project...

Actually it was avail in the 2nd Gen years, before the Tacoma Crew Cabs were available in the States. It was called the Toyota HiLux Dual Cab. You see alot of them in Asia and Austraila.
