No the airbags did not deploy , there was no direct impact, mostly cosmetic damage, and the obvious that you can see in the pictures , lights, mirrors etc..
Like said before the most exoansive will be the airbags from what it looks like to me, this is where you gotta really think , has this been a good truck before the accident ? And base your decision on that.

It was a pretty good truck prior to accident. I've always tried to keep it well-maintained. Was planning on doing an independent trans cooler and taking it beyond 250k miles .

Anyone knows how much would airbags cost to replace? Is there some kind of certificate/testing procedure involved? I'm not too familiar with how the airbag system works. Are there crash sensors that'll need replacing in the immediate area of damage? Or does it use accelerometer-type sensor located elsewhere?

Just accelerometers. The steering wheel will be a cinch, just fine one online. The dash is the hard part. Not sure how to get that fixed. Find a dash from a non deployed truck would be the best, but probably the hardest. You could leave the bag out and glue it back shut. Probably not the safest or the smartest, but it's an option.
