4runner maintenance questions

I have a 2001 4runner sr5 that just hit 200,000 miles. I'm not a mechanic, but I have the ability do pretty much all if its maintenance myself. The problem is i'm not really sure what needs to be done to it until something breaks. So I want to know what kind of preventative maintenance I need to do on my truck. All suggestions will be greatly appreciated!

I'm the same way, if I notice anything out of the ordinary I'll repair it.

Fluids, pads, and grease. A little seafoam in the intake/gas wont hurt, plus a throttle body cleaning. I'd stay away from the engine timing unless there really is something wrong with it/you hear some funny noises coming from the front of the engine.

Just my two cents...make sure the drain holes at the bottom of the doors and especially the rear tailgate are open and functioning. Takes five mintues with a zip tie...bust out the mud and crud...cheap insurance.
