4Runner meet up!

Hey guys, after having a successful 4Runner meet up in Galveston last week, we're going to do another one in Marble Falls (west of Austin) Saturday March 17th!

Plan is to meet up here (Hidden Falls Adventure Park) around 8 AM:

$25 for an all day pass for drivers. $15 for passengers (more if you plan to camp, more details here: Hidden Falls Adventure Park)

I was there this weekend...it's an awesome place. I was the only non-Chrysler vehicle I saw out on the trails. Would have been nice to pal around with some other 4Runners.

Just FYI for those that haven't been...the improved camp ground is pretty loud with all of the RVs and generators going. We opted to stay at the primitive campground which was much quieter (during the day at least, never ventured to the improved sight at night). If you need ice, the shooting range cabin has 20lb bags for $4.

It was my first time out there (hell, first time taking any vehicle off the pavement) so I was pretty blown away by the ruggedness of the trails - I stuck to the trails with a 2 diamond rating and made it through okay. I'm sure if I would have been with some others who could have given me some pointers, I would have been more confident.
