Yep. Just west up the hill from the garden city koa if you're familiar with the area. The problem we're running into is that we can't find an excavation company to do the foundation digging. They're busy and don't want to do this one. It's a lot of rock up there on the hill. I'm literally at the point of shopping for used excavators to potentially buy one and a hydro hammer and do it myself.

Yes, beautiful area, we've spent some time at Bear lake. Saw an impressive lighting storm that hung over the mountains to the west, with out ever reaching the lake at night. Nothing like clear night sky's with the Perseid meteor shower over head and massive lightning storm just to the West, one coolest things we'ver ever seen.
