Here are a few from our Christmas in Colorado. We didn't get to do any off roading--bummer-- but we stayed in a charming remote cabin, chopped kindling, snowshoed and skied over the holidays.

Spent a week at a cabin on Big Flat Rd near Crescent City, hiking and driving around all the forest roads. Wimer road was a great drive. Photos from Humboldt Redwood State Park and Ship Mountain lookout.

Get an extra battery and have it charging in the back of the 4R while you fly the first battery. I used one when I was in CO and was able to see over the top of a mountain that I wouldn't have been able to see over otherwise. Pretty neat. I was fortunate enough to have a good buddy loan me his.

Yes, a neat trick to be sure. Not sure it's worth, what, $500, $1000?

For me it't like a GoPro. Very cool; but no use for me....:shrug:
