I see the cutouts but I do not see the turn signals. Mine is an 07 so I dont need turn signals. I am interested. I also do not see the light bar mounts. Is the picture of the actual bumper? I know AOR has a black friday sale of 10% off. If you are offering free shipping and the price is 10% below retail. I do not see any reason not to buy this. If it will fit an 07 and has no turn signals please PM me.

Just to be clear, this is the complete bumper w/turn signals and fogs. Plus I am adding a LED light bar that I will ship to the buyer (it mounts to the tabs on the bumper). It is $1199 for the bumper and a $50 light bar. Getting all for $1075 delivered and no 2-4 month wait. Deal is going to be pulled by Noon tomorrow, Friday 23 March 17.
