4th Gen aftermarket Control alternatives?

Any aftermarket or alternatives to the control panel (AC/Heat, etc) ?

The factory is really not intuitive at all.. I've had my runner over a year and still trying to get used to it.

I'm still looking. The Tacoma seem to have it a bit better and AJT Design improved it aesthetically.

I wonder if the Tacoma control panel can be rewired for the 4th gen? haha...someone take a stab at it.
