No if you search you find can plenty of examples. Only mounts one way.

Yes, it was in my sr5. You need to remove paneling to install. If you have a model with the storage tray, this gets replaced. You will need to cut the upper inside plastic of the tray which isn't seen when paneling is put back and cover is on. If you search the 4th gen forum, there are a few threads on it. Just take a peek and you can see how it goes, took me just over an hour to do the first time, and maybe 30 minutes to take out and reinstall the cargo tray.
