the harness is intact and yes the lights do work. has no bulbs in it right now because i took out the led's that i had. you would need the other plug for the truck to connect to them or make your own plug to hook them up.
 
Willing to ship to FL? if not I have friends in Richmond who can pick them up for me...lmk
