4th Gen Modular Storage Panel

Looks pretty sturdy compared with other options available.

Curious of the weight or them? Definitely would like an aluminum option.

Anyone want to split a pair? lol I would only like one side (passenger preferably).

No I'm sorry it will not.

It looks like one notch would be all it would take to make it work, but I very well could be overlooking another interference location. Overall, I love the idea, and the cargo cover not working isnt a big deal, but I'm curious about whether or not these make the rear pillar mirrors more or less unusable. It definitely would block the mirrors if you had equipment mounted, but I'm curious how it looks empty.

Looks like a great product though!

It does not cause an issue with the rear view mirror but once it gets items on it that may pose an issue.

It appears that these attach at the top to the hand grip locations, if so you need to know that there are no hand grips or the bolt holes on the 2003 and 2004 models so these will not work in them, so that you can inform your possible customers who own 03 and 04 models "4th Gens"!!

You may want to add a disclaimer on your website before someone buy them and find that can't use them in "all" 4th Gens.

Seems like Overland_tennessee on instagram doesn't agree with you selling these.

They claim it's a copy of Orange Boxx fab design.

Orange boxx is actually cheaper as well and offers single sides...

Well I can't make everyone happy but we did not copy his design. Both of our companies are offering MOLLE system but their are clear distinctions between the two.

The MOLLE system isn't a new concept nor is it proprietary to any one company. There isn't a utility patent on this concept. In addition, since our designs are not the same there isn't a claim of a design patent infringement if he had one.

Our company never considered making them until the multitude of requests ensued from this forum. Check our the 5th Gen area and you can see the drama unfold there.

I was amiss when I stated above that there were "no holes" on the 03/04 models, there is indeed 1 single hole but not 2, not sure if your mount will line up with the single hole or not.

There are distinct differences, just like sliders, bumpers, anything else for our trucks. Different companies develop competing products.

The MOLLE systems actually bolts into all 4 spots where the cargo cover would sit, so, no there is no way to make the cargo cover work. As for the C-pillar mirrors, you can see them just fine if the rack is empty, but I'm pretty sure as soon as you put anything there, you'll lose the functionality. I'll verify when I get more stuff on there.

Yes, the Manly Minivan is the model for these. I'll be signing autographs for a small fee in the lobby later. ;)

Do you think they will rattle alot when the bass drops? I have a ported 12 in the back and am worried about the thing sounding like a tin can when I turn it up.

I've admiried these for a while.. I have a gen3, so I built my own. The workmanship of these is far greater than my home brew. Hope others see the storage potenional.. I only did the driver side, so I can see out the other side.

A little dampening material like dynamat on the back side should take care of any unwanted rattle.

So I can extend a "returnable" MSP to someone that wants to test our theory. My husband does believe it will still work with only bolting in one side. If one person would like to try, I will allow the return if it doesn't work or you are unhappy with the stability.

Will send you a pm about this. Thanks

Honestly, I think it'll depend more on what you have mounted rather than the rack itself. There's a picture floating around where I have ratchet straps on the new system. Yeah, that lasted 1 trip before I pulled them down. I cranked until I couldn't ratchet them anymore and couldn't get them tight enough to not rattle. My fire extinguisher, however, doesn't make a peep, regardless of how rough the road.
