This is a Genuine Toyota Part!

Bottom bolt is broken off, however, dealer assured me it is 100% functional and would not budge as long as top bolt and clips are used as they should be. I put it on my own truck to test it and it works perfectly and doesn't budge. PM if interested!

Also includes turn signal and reverse light bulbs.
