Helping out a friend who wants a 4th gen. I have an 87 first gen myself and don't know too much about these 4th gens. The one he found is an 07 sport v8 4x4 of course and slightly lifted, the seller says 3in. Not sure what lift, maybe toytec, but I'll find out more soon. The best part is that it only has 76,500 miles! Because of the low miles and because of the lift and tires, the guy is asking 20k... I just looked up the blue book value and it says excellent condition vehicles go for $16,500 with that milage. My guess is he jacked it up cause of the lift and tires too.
Anyways long story short, what should I look for? I've done a little research and apparently its a good idea to check the sunroof. Obviously check the condition of the drivetrain and engine are as well. Anything else with the v8 in particular? I've read listen on a cold start.
