Pretty sure there's two to a set-one for each side in the front. The guy quoted below [MENTION=78378]beliy25[/MENTION] can tell you what material they're made of since he's the one that made them.
I bought them from you and forgot I had them-never even opened the envelope you shipped them in. I traded my 4th gen in for a 5th gen last week and have no use for them now.

there are 4pc in a set,2 for each side.its front only,there are no back ones.....
they are made out of 2 rubber sheets with synthetic rope sandwiched between it.
it is a high quality roofing rubber which i had leftover and wanted to throw it away but found a good use for it ....it is very strong and durable,as i said i have never had any issues with anyone who bought them....one member of the forum even bolted them to the body because he is using his 4R in pretty rough offroad an has lost one when attached with clips)))
