Glad to help out with this! Caleb and his staff were professional, thorough, insightful on the design, and above all pretty darn nice guys! The differences between trails and sr5 is mostly the bottom valance from what they had for pics. Pretty
cool in their shop surrounded by bumpers, gas and diff skids, rear swing out bumpers, sliders, I was like a kid in a candy store! Fit and finish on all was excellent and impressive. Scanned it clear down to the guts layer by layer so they have a lot to work with for design. I think we are going to like it when it comes out! We hit 50! Still need info from some folks and huge thanks to [MENTION=138179]Overland[/MENTION]market on Instagram for making a push for us yesterday. Initial list has been sent to C4 with a promise that we'll have it updated and a few more next week.

Thanks for everyone's help in getting us past this first hurdle. Don't expect a bumper to show up on your doorstep next week as I'm sure this is still a lengthy process, but I'll do my best to keep everyone posted here as I hear more.

Thanks everyone for participating in this thread! Special thanks to [MENTION=147513]gibburnz[/MENTION] for organizing the list and sending us all the info. Also special thanks to [MENTION=241167]Siouxrunner[/MENTION] for stopping by to let us dismantle the front of his 4runner for some scans!

We will be working on the merging the scan data this week and we will start the design process as soon as we can, most likely around the end if this week. We will keep you guys updated as things progress.

Kylie has the list of names and info from [MENTION=147513]gibburnz[/MENTION] and she will start reaching out to everyone this week. Im thinking we will start to get some designs put together from the scan data, then once we have some visuals of what the product will look like we will start sending invoices to everyone for a deposit.

I think this is still the best 10-13 lopro iteration I've seen. No gawdy looking box sticking out the front, but still enough steel plate to protect the bumper and mount a winch and some tow-points to. Credit COULD go to Southern Style Offroad for the single example they made before ditching the whole project, would be nice if C4 followed through on something as aesthetically simple and still stylish, useful, light, and *cheap*.

It does, that slot in the lower/center on the front is for a winch. You can actually run a winch with the factory SR5/TE 10-13 front bumper from what I've seen, the "hidden winch mount" all fits in where the lower factory grill opening is, using the opening as a mount for the cable guard or cutting a small additional slot as well.. which was my other option if noone makes a decent lo-pro steel bumper for the 10-13 anytime soon.

I hear ya. To each his own. I've always loved the look, so for me it's form and function. Plus I live in the city and if my steel lo pro can put some damage on the knuckleheads that back up into me, that makes me happy.
