5th Gen 2010 120V Power not working

Hello folks,
I am having trouble with the 120V power not functioning on my 2010 4Runner. Both the 120/100V and 400W power modes work when the truck in running and in Park (both lights are illuminated on the button below the steering wheel). However, when I put the truck in Drive, the 120/100V power stops working and only the 400W light on the switch illuminates. The only change that I made recently was the replacement of the original battery a few months ago.

Has anyone else run into this problem?

it's only 400W in P or N, it is limited to 100W when driving. that is normal, is that what you are asking about?

No, the problem is that the 100/120W power switches off as soon as I put the 4Runner in drive. It works only while in park.

have you confirmed that the power isn't actually working (i.e. it's not just the light going out)?

Wasn’t the light wired backwards on a few early 5th gens?

Yes, I confirmed that it isn't just the light not working. The light illuminates and devices (cell phone for example) receive power when the truck is in Park. However, as soon as I shift it into Drive the 100/120W light goes off and the device stops receiving power.
