5th Gen Air Dam Retainer Clip

Was doing my first oil change since I bought this truck and the retainer clip broke and I need replacement. Dealer is claiming they have to order from Japan at $3 per clip. Is there a third party replacement? Also I broke off one of the 10mm bolts on the skid plate any way to remove broken bolt?

left drive bit, machine oil and patience will get the broken bolt out. Go from the smallest bit gradually to larger.
Edit: disregard below. I misread air filter housing clips for oil filter housing clip.
Oil filter retainer clip can he purchased online. Correct torque on the housing should keep the housing secure without leaks.

there are a few clips down there I think. can you post a picture. I removed my air dam and that black spoiler piece on the bottom of the front bumper. I assume you have a limited? only the limited have that goofy scoop on the bottom

ordering from japan is not that unusual. I ordered some MAF screws and they came from Japan as well. took about 3-4 weeks. what is the PN for the clip the dealer showed you. try ebay too, some dealers will have them in stock
