I have a bull bar for sale for the 5th gen. Took it offmy 2010 and decided not to mount it on the 2012. This is not a Westin and the lights are not included. Will fit '10 - '12 SR5 and Limited, not sure about TE.

That's not a BULL BAR. Bull bar runs from one end to the other end and replaces the front bumper.

Maybe you should google bull bar...the only manufacturer that shows a full replacement bumper is ARB. The OP is in fact listing a "bull bar". You search for bull bar or grill guard and you will get plenty of results that look just like the OPs picture...just sayin'
