5th Gen DRL's Don't work & Flappy splash guard.

Howdy Folks,
I have a 2022 SR5 4X4 I just purchased. I just realized the other night My DRL switch doesn't do anything.
My 2021 Limited switch has an Auto selection where my 2022 has DRL
What activates the DRL function?
I cannot find a fuse marked DRL . I purchased it as a Demo with 5000 miles on her.
I've been tryin to figure out this flapping noise at 60+ MPH and I finally found it . Drivers side wheel well a piece of rubber with 5 pop darts just flappin to beat the band. It looks as if it keeps road spray off of the exhaust?
Anyone else have this?

The DRLs only work after you release the parking brake.

You're probably missing the fasteners on the mud flap. You can purchase at the dealer or online.

The OEM splash guards are crappy. I had the same problem as you and upgraded to beefier units and new hardware, problem solved.

There's also a DRL on/off option within one of the entertainment system menus.

I wouldn’t say they splash guards are crappy, mine have lasted 12 years, but the fasteners used can’t keep them from flapping around. Seems to be only the driver’s side. Pull the top one or two fasteners that are loose and make a washer of sorts out of a square of double-sided foam tape. That’s worked for a lot of us for many years.
