Yes, these medium duty coils will work with the added weight of a bumper.

Going to have up for sale within the next week or two is my TRD Pro front bumper, valances, and morimoto LED fog lights with yellow laminX over it. Coming off my 2016 in Magnetic grey. Has two holes on the bottom (Dealer put a license plate on it) Also has been trim a little by the fender because it was rubbing when I got larger tires. Comes with everything minus the most upper part of the grill between the headlights. Offer up! please no low balling. Do not plan on splitting it up. $650 seems excessive. Googling seems to show that they probably can be bought new for $200-300.
My Trail came with running boards as an option installed. I am sure the cost was similar, I just gave them away today to a member for free (60k miles on 4Runner, year 2014). If yours are new then maybe you could get $100-$200 I am guessing, assuming someone is interested. I think its BS they won't credit you the selling price, makes no sense, they are unused, and being sold as NEW, so they can remove them, and still sell them as NEW on someone else's 4Runner.
You can buy a damn nice set of rock sliders for $650.00

I didn't get the impression that he thought he could get $650 for them. I would certainly give $100 or so if they were local. I can't justify rock sliders at this point, but those would be a big upgrade over the SR5 running boards, at least cosmetically.

I sold my stock SR5 running boards to a guy with a TRD Pro for $250 and he drove over an hour each way to get them. There's an ass for every seat.

2014 Limited Rocker Panels and Steps
I just removed both rocker panels and steps from my 2014 Magnetic Grey Limited to make room for new sliders which arrive next week. Before I put them in my attic , I thought I could offer them up for someone in need.
The rocker panels are in excellent shape: not mint but pretty darn close. The steps do have some very minor scratches and a small dent that's only noticeable from underneath the vehicle. All bolts are included.
I'm not sure what these are going for so I'll start with:
Rocker Panels - $300 for both
Steps - $100 for both
Local pick up only (Zip: 93012) unless you cover shipping.
