VERY steep and along with the seats you need interior panels, floor carpet, and seat belts. It's a lot more than just bolting the 3rd row to the floor.

Considering that each seat retails for over $1,000 new ($2,000 total) I thought it was a fair price. This price includes all the hardware you mentioned. I'm stripping out my rear to make room for drawers and a fridge setup so everything needs to come out.

Honestly, Im just trying to help a fellow forum member without losing my shirt. Make an offer!

If you were local which unfortunately you aren't, I would do the swap myself. I would swap all my rear plastics, carpet, all that so you are set up like it would be if you never had 3rd row. I would swap all your parts into mine so it would be as if it had 3rd row from the factory. I wouldn't pay for than maybe $300 all said and done. You never know though, you may find someone willing to pay more. What the dealer sell them for is really not a good way to judge price. Best way I have found is to look at what they are selling for on ebay. Watch auctions, see which ones actually sell so you can get a feel for their value. The asking price is not where to start since some people are crazy and their stuff never sells. You'll see the same parts on ebay next year lol. I'm honestly looking to do this swap but you're on the other side of the country. Like I said, wish you were closer. I would also not do it unless all rear interior panels being swapped are in brand new condition since my truck is spotless, no scratches in any of the panels at all.

Had these on my 5th gen 4 runner for 5000 miles. When used with 2884 front springs and 2895E rear springs, it sat level. I upgraded to 2889 medium duty rear springs. Located in Jacksonville, FL. Looking to get $120 + shipping. I know these will fit 5th Gen 4runner and FJ cruisers.
