You're right, there won't ever be a shortage of people too lazy to search. There does come a point when traffic starts to slow down on a site like this though and eventually it becomes an echo chamber. Same circle jerk as always. I got the link though and ill buy my parts and carry on with the day like most of you will.

Looks like this site is down almost 10k compared to last year this time. average time on this site is all of 4min. Whats funny is 62% of the traffic that actually comes here is because of people searching for information.

I'll help you out as well I guess. Also, I didn't make a thread I just simply asked within this mega thread at the top of the sub. You can carry on with your day though. Just know at some point the traffic starts to normally slow down on specific vehicle pages like this. So as much as you believe you're doing good, it will normally deter people from joining. I've been a ghost follower for awhile until I felt the need to buy something from a member here.

Selling a full length roof rack that I made myself. Reason for sale is that I prefer a taller rack so I'll make another one. The welds are solid but not pretty, welding tubing is a PITA.
Powdercoated black. I made this rack about 2 months ago.
Brackets are 2.5" and the rack is under 3" tall.

Steel Sliders

I had these sliders made at a local shop last year. I am about to move across the country, and they won't be going with me. I had them on my T4R the whole time (powder coated grey). Once I realized I hadn't damaged them in a year, I figured I probably don't really need the extra weight. When I pulled them off, I had them re-powder coated in gloss black. They haven't been mounted since receiving the new powder coat. The folks at C4 Fabrication were kind enough to sell me their mounting plate and hardware kit (hardware kit is included). My local shop fabricated the rest.

My 2016 T4R Trail is non-KDSS. As I understand it, all the holes are already punched on the mounting plate to fit the KDSS version, but some sections might need to be cut out first. I can't bet my life on that, though. The finish is smooth gloss black. The little bit of spots you see are just residue from the wet cloth I wiped them down with before taking the photos. I am in Annapolis, MD. $400 for the pair with mounting hardware if I don't have to drive too far to make the exchange. There are some posts in my profile showing them mounted when they were grey. If you have trouble finding them, let me know, and I'll see if I can dig them up and add to this post. :thumb:
