Probably because this unit is an early release -- some people (most) have carplay issues, some bugs like clock not keeping time (they're working on a fix), and some other anomalies that most people don't want to deal with (like me). It's basically an android tablet (rooted), so this may be a good unit for some android savvy folks -- or those that just run basic things like waze, pandora, spotify, etc.
