I would guess the OP is only selling the maxtrax extensions and not the actual access panel.

It is just the Maxtrax mount. If that is what you are asking about I know someone that mounted the mounts on top of the rack for their Maxtrax.
Joe does make a panel that attaches to a Front Runner rack if you are asking about the panel that goes over the window. Mine is attached to a Gobi rack.
