5TH Gen Roof Baskets

I have looked and Googled for some time now, What I am looking for is a roof basket that would be hinged so I can wash and remove leaves, snow and what ever else gets under the roof basket. And I would like the basket to be able to mount to the OEM roof rails?
any help would be great, Thank you for any help on this
