Nice pictures ... Where exactly is this at? I. Planing on Heading up to big bear the week of thanksgiving.

Its a trail just above bear mountain resort... very well maintained so it didn't get too crazy....
I want to check it out when its snowing (if they keep it open during the winter) which I doubt they will... have fun and rent a cabin or something!

yea I know how that is! My wife gets car sick very easily unfortunately... so as much as I wanted to hammer it, she wouldn't let meh aha
There's also another trail just north of the lake in Fawnskin on N Shore Dr & Polique Canyon Rd... that one is very long and goes for miles into the back country which I'm dying to check out if my wife would let me lol :roadkill:

DSLR! haha no its just my galaxy note 3 which takes amazing pictures...
When are u going up? We should plan a group ride up there one day along with Marcopuffs and go expedition style heh

I've only been on one trip behind there. Made almost all the way to devil's hole. I chickened out and ended up parking and hiking the rest of the way.

FINALLY GOT ONE TODAY. trying to learn as much as possible about our trucks here. do you guys chance out the factory oil immediately after you get it or do you wait for a bit? i change it out on my tacoma as soon as i got her home. the oil change on the 4runner looks a lot more challenging than the tacoma but i'll get a handle of it. here she is.

i guess i should rephrase my question. should i change the oil out to mobile1 fully synthetic oil right away? or does the factory oil comes with fully synthetic oil. haven't even looked at the owners manual yet.

i know all about lifts and tires. went through it with my tacoma. there are many things that i like about a lift but there are also issues as well. i think i'm going to enjoy my butter like ride for a while before i start messing with lifts and tires.
