Need help on posting pictures

Hello everyone. I finally got my 4runner last night. I ordered it Dec 22, it was a long wait, but worth it. I took some pictures last night and tried to upload it, but it keeps failing. The pictures are saved as jpeg files and not sure how to transfer to url files. Anyone with help would be appreciated.

The information you guys have been posting is great. Harper you must be a cross between Optimus Prime and Macgyver or just one hell of a mechanic. My mod list is groing everytime I read these threads.

go get yourself a photobucket account, its free. from there you can upload the files to photobucket and then they have a cool clicky page where all you do is copy and paste the photo link from the list below back over to here. thats the easiest way to do it.

I'm not sure about the toyota smart key but on my infiniti you can leave the fob in the car and take the key inside the fob out and lock the doors with the inside door lock button. The car knows if the fob is inside and it won't unlock from the outside by pressing the door unlock on the handle. You can then only unlock the car with the door keyhole or the other keyless fob....

on the infiniti you can just leave the car on, take fob with you and lock the outside. it beeps then. no issue. If someone walks away with fob, the car beeps reminding you. Doubt the fob on toyota does that.

Awesome pic, and congrats. Good luck keeping her clean. It's been a full-time job for me keeping it looking nice. When it's clean though, there's nothing else nicer on the road.

Finally picked mine up last night!

Well, here it is, I had a great experience ordering and buying my truck over the Internet here in Colorado. I worked with Liz Wynn at Toyota of Colorado Springs. It was a bit of a drive for me to pick up the vehicle, but worth the effort as Liz and team ordered me the car I wanted. No hassles, just the way I like it. I haven't had much time to play with it yet, but did manage to get the windows tinted this afternoon. Thanks to everyone for posting all your pictures! It made it easier for me to decide on a color.

What level of tint did you get for the front windows? I will getting mine done next week, but can only go with a 38% tint due to state requirements.

Well, here it is, I haven't had much time to play with it yet, but did manage to get the windows tinted this afternoon. Thanks to everyone for posting all your pictures! It made it easier for me to decide on a color.

Nice color in person, isn't it? Saw a gray SR5 on the showroom floor the other day and fell in love on the spot! :reddance:

Can't wait to see a TE in the flesh now! :wink2:

Tint level...

What level of tint did you get for the front windows? I will getting mine done next week, but can only go with a 38% tint due to state requirements.

The tint shop put a meter on the side rear windows and it showed 26.5, he couldn't match that for the front windows so I went with 20, I think going darker blends pretty well.

It really is a nice color, I like the blue too, but since my Wife's CRV is blue, I decided I needed to go a different route so she wouldn't get confused and drive the wrong car

Just put tint on today. I didn't tell my wife, and left the car in the driveway to bake in the sun. When she came home, I asked her if she noticed anything different on the 4Runner. She thought I had put new rims on the it. As we were walking out the door to look at the car, she was already asking me how much did I spend. After knowing it was only tint and $50, I think she will let me stay in the house tonight:dancin:
