Permit me a dumb question why would some one buy a limited and turn around and dress it up as a fake trail model? Good lord its a limited not a damn thing wrong with that! I bought a TE cause they took the locking rear diff out of every other model and lets face it theyre badass:gun6:I waited till 11 to trade in our 08 so I guess I missed the rush or were the trails that hard to buy?

the trails are still hard to find and or buy, it took me months to find one and i finally found the one i just bought about a month ago. but then again i live in Texas so this area gets no 4x4 love from Toyota except for the tundra but thats cause they're built in Texas. Down here you pretty much either have to wait for a good one or order it, i got lucky and got one out of the two in the 5 state gulf region and the only one in Texas, so long story short i feel special.

Thanks. It's pin-striping caused by a big 4Runner going through narrow Jeep trails.

Yes, they are 18"x7.5 limeted wheels (different design than the 20"s) and stock Brigestone Dueler 265/60R18.

Not exactly in South America but in Dominican Rep. We get "South America", US and "Canadian" versions.

Limited with 18" and 20" wheels and SR5 with integrated mudflaps but without black bumpers like the TE (I think thats what you call the "canadian" version). I have not seen a TE yet.

btw: not sure about the "name"version, but you get the idea.

i have a trail edition and no its not the Canadian version but the north american version going back to the roots of the 4runner and toyota, and theyre pretty damn nice too.
