Its trick photography! He just turned the image on its side to make it look that way. The truck is really parked upside down under an overhang.

Here in Chile, 2012 SR5 4x4 comes whith this configuration and 4 wheel dial and has central differential lock;

^ From the exterior, looks exactly like the Canadian edition. Same factory running boards, black grille, black grille around fog lights etc.

Took a trip up to the mountains today. Gotta love the first snow of the season. The truck performed flawlessly, minus the crappy stock tires (AT3's on order.) While I still like some aspects of the 4th Gen better, I'm much more happy with the overall package of the 5th Gen. Still less than 300 miles on the odometer.

I don't know if I would exactly call that a close up shot, you can basically see the whole side of the truck and the sliders just happen to be in the pic

Are those the BB regulars? Looks great!

Kind of makes me wish I got the regulars instead of the bumpouts, but hey I'm not the one that has to deal with climbing over it to get out the from the rear doors so I guess it doesn't really matter to me :lmao:

New 2012 Limited 4x4

Finally decided to trade in the 2007 FJ and get the 4runner. Miss the FJ but love the new 4runner except the tires.

Mine is on the left, but when I got back to base tonight I saw another 4runner and felt I was obliged to park next to it. Then while walking away I noticed the grey one on the right and then felt obligated to take a picture of all three together. And then post it on the site.
