Dude, MeBe4-That is a freaking awesome look. I think one of the top 2-3 5th gens I've seen on the forum.
The reflection of the amber roof lights near the hood scoop got me thinking about putting lights in the scoop. I did a quick search, and SeattleMike mentioned going with the Night Rider look back in 2010; so its not an original idea by any means. I think it'd be badass to have some really bright offroad lights in that space. It'd probably take one of the heavy hitters on the forum with crazy fab/mod skills to do it (I'm thinking SoCalTrail here), but it would be sweet.

Thank you for your kind words! The hood scoop light idea I have seen done over on Tacoma World, though their set-up is a little different to ours. We would have to do a lot of cutting on our 5th Gen's and I personally cant see having anything more powerful than something for cosmetic fun like little LED's. I have attached some pictures below of a Wurton LED pod that I installed for the interior of the engine bay and mounted it to the hood scoop. You'll see it's a solid bit of plastic.

What's up Danny. At pismo beach (oceano sand dunes) you can camp on the beach then play in the sand dunes. If you like to surf fish, you can do that as well right next to you truck.

Finally got tires for the wheels I had. They are Enkei RT6 18 x 8.5 and the tires are Firestsone Detsination LE2 275/16/18.

The new wheels go great with the rest of the factory chrome trim, has just the right amount of sportiness/classiness. I like them a lot!

Yup saw those but you've got a Trail with oem Dunflops and different centercaps so not even close but thanks.

Thanks. Actually had these wheels on a 98 Pathfinder than a 2000 Pathfinder and then my 97 4Runner. They are pretty old but have stayed in great shape. Can't say the same for the chrome wheels I bought at the same time. The chrome peeled of the wheels. Those are now winter wheels for the 97. Also the reason I stay away from chrome wheels in general.
