I sold the 08 since it was 2wd and I recently moved to Denver. No need for 2wd here. So I got what value I could out of it in the trade and came out pretty good on the Trail.

So I totally forgot to put de-icer/low temp window washer fluid before I left Arizona for Utah... The lines are frozen... :/

So far so good. I have them in 265/70-17 they are not rated for heavy/severe snow. The drive way and neighborhood had about 2-3" of snow, I didn't have a problem driving around. Just took my time considering I haven't really driven through an active snow storm.
It's still coming down out there so I'll give an update later when I run to the store.
additionally I've put about 45,000 miles on them without any issues.

Nah mate. I was a partime Divemaster for Subtropic Dive Center while I was stationed in Key West, Fl. I'm also a certified Trimix Tech Diver through TDI.
I'm a 7236 Tactical Air Defense Controller (USMC), also a Joint Interface Control Officer (JICO). Controlling fighter aircraft and Tactical Data Links are my business.

I've been looking at the general for a while probably same size, just want something a little more aggressive then the bridgstones,, and the price isn't bad! Although had to drive 20 miles in a blinding snow storm Tuesday night from ER with my 2 month old son, and Bridgestone handled pretty good. Just want something better

I did a lot of research before I bought them, I'll probably go with the E rated tires when I replace the current set. There are a ton of options out there, I just happened to like the General Grabber AT2s the best. Good luck with your search.
