Ok, I found the last 2013 TE in Mass, Salsa red KDSS/Nav..., they want it gone (172 days on lot). Was $41,095... working them close to $36 K out the door (they pay 2K taxes, title, reg fees). Qustions, Is this a great deal? And, are forum members that happy with the 2014 TE's over their 2010-13 models? As you can see I'm a few Gens back... Btw I know I can get a 2014 with incentives now for around 38K but taxes etc push it over 41K...:wow:

36k OTD sounds like a pretty good deal. Take a test drive in both and see how you like the interior fit and feel. Most are all cosmetic differences but sometimes that makes all the difference.

I would think either a 2013 and 2014 blows my 2001 away in upgrades, so I guess I'm at that point... do I pull the plug now or later in the year.... If a 2010 TE traded for a 2014 because of ride quality/comfort rather than styling...I should probably hold off..., as this may be another 10-14 year DD. If I wasn't so far behind in model changes, I would most likely not hesitate, and purchase this 2013 TE. The only gripe I've been reading about are seat comfort and head room issues, so I just may have to try a 2014.... makes me think they keep the 2013 around just for this point....

Yes, but she would most def be out of my price range.... I actually visited a dealership today, not the one with the 2013...., and I was able to sit in a 2013 SR5 and then a 2014.... I was impressed with both, and because I haven't heard back on my counter offer with the 2013 TE, I will most likely save up for the 2014 TE in white now.. Btw everyone is right...seeing a 2014 in person rather than photos is night and day.

Biggest thing I like between both of them is the 2014 sr5 has white dash as opposed to the 2013 which is orange.

Didn't pick up on that... White would be easier to read.. I hated my 05 tacos stereo display..

From the summer:

Went to a wedding and found a place to park. Slept in the back of it that night (if you lay a memory foam mattress down in the back, it's super comfy!). I just need to rig up some sort of mosquito netting for the open sunroof.

Why do your tires look so much bigger than almost all others on this forum in this picture?? Looks great!

It's most likely the wheel choice. Notice how he has a black rim with a small face? The lips of the rim blend into the tire making it look meatier than it really is. It's kind of like how sticking a 33" tire on a 17" rim looks smaller than on a 15" rim; where in actuality the tire diameter is all the same size.
