Picked up my new Trail edition today after a couple weeks wait. Difficult to find one without the cargo tray/deck.
Finally back in a 4Runner! What a great feeling! Original vehicle was a 1990 SR5, which I bought in Hawaii, shipped to CA, drove across country to FL and eventually NC. Traded in for a Scion five years ago and have missed the 4R feeling ever since. Love this new style

1 week old new 2013 TE
Here is my 1 week old new 2013 TE. Pretty much gave up on finding a new 2013 but found one while working L.A. area. Drove it home to Tahoe and I pulled over for some photo ops along the way. New tires and wheels and 2-3" lift planned. Waiting on parts to attach my Yakima rack system as the I couldn't use the ones from my 2003 Sport. Put cargo box on factory crossbars but it I can't get it forward enough to clear spoiler when tailgate up. That is all for now--Dave
PS Just added second photo taken a bit further up the road. Note that I found Swiss Army knife to unscrew unsightly dealer badges.

I just upgraded from a 1999 T4R that has served me well and has 220,000 miles. It's taken me everywhere I wanted to go. The new ride is a 2014 Limited T4R in magnetic Gray and Redwood interior. It took 2 months for the dealer to find the vehicle. I picked it up this weekend and am stoked. I'm enjoying seeing everyone else's photos. Thanks for posting.

2014 Limited in Nautical Blue with Redwood Leather
We were lucky enough to find this 2014 Limited in what I believe is the best color combination available at a dealer 30 miles away. Picked it up 1 week ago. I have not seen another nautical blue 2014 4Runner on the road. The color can look blue, purple(ish), black, even teal depending on the light. People have stopped us to compliment the color, then when they see the redwood leather they are blown away. It's a popular combo in German autos.
Just had Xpel clear bra installed to protect this gorgeous finish. I have seen too many 5th Gens with dinged up front clips due to road debris. Also visible are the Tyger running boards mounted on Dee Zee brackets, for a classic running board look at a functional height. I know clearance is a big thing for some people but not for me, we bought this Limited for road use and winter performance.

It was time for a change and something with a larger gas tank so I picked up a 2014 SR5. Only real option is 4wd, of course!
I ordered the Baja utility rack almost the same day I bought it and have already put it to good use. I will mod as required purely for utility, maybe.
I'm looking forward to many more camping, biking, running, kayaking adventures:
