I'll be interested in your feedback about the flex, or lack thereof. Did you use shorter bolts? I'd be concerned if the rails were to flex and the bolts were to dig themselves into the roof. Lemme know how it goes.

It cleared up yesterday so I set her up and tested it out.

This is with my 205lb on it no noticeable flex.

You will still want to lift it. On mine they rub a tiny bit on the fender liner at full lock when backing up and also a tiny bit on the mudflap when pulling into steeper driveway transitions. Based on that, I have no doubt that they will rub when off-road. I have the ToyTec 2" TRDP lift kit that I'll be putting in and then all should be good.

Thanks for the info! I didn't plan on messing with the suspension but that 2" lift seems pretty straight forward. I might have to pull the trigger on that one.
