Do they have a full rack like that, that will work on 5th Gen's with a moonroof?

They have a sunroof version. Gobi sells a sunroof insert to fill in the gap as required.

Loving the Kings so far, I do find it a bit stiff, but I will mess with the adjusters once my OME Rear springs settle in, I went for a 2.5 inch lift. The rear's are still settling in.

Record setting monsoon season so far here in Southern Arizona. Went out today and drove around, visited some usually dry rivers and streams. It's the best time of year here!
