Dog question

I have an 8 month old Great Pyrenees. About 90lbs at the moment. I have always owned dogs, but this is the first one to ever get car sick. As you can imagine, vomit from a 90lb dog is, well, a lot. Any advice? Should I simply take him on more trips? We try not to feed him before trips, but sometimes, it doesn't matter. We did a trip today to Little Bear Lake, in the Ouachita National Forest.

dogs have to get use to it. Over time they will stop getting sick. I do short trips as much as i can until they get use to it, and am prepared to clean up the vomit. After a while, they get use to it and no more vomit.

Obviously, no food before any car ride.

Had shop install Bilstein 5100 set at 1.75 and add a 1 " cornfed rear spacer.

After Silverado number 7 I figured I’d get a 4 runner. With about 600 miles on the odometer I said screw it let’s lift it and jump in the rabbit hole.

Exactly what I did after coming from a 2019 Silverado RST, prior to that were 4 other GM trucks.

It’s a TRD Venture. Pretty much the same thing as a ORP just valiance, spoiler, door handles and all that are black.

A year ago, I never had a Toyota, never wanted one, didn't really like them. Then, I started reading up on the longevity, reliability, and capability of the 4Runner/Tacoma/Tundra.

My son bought a used Tundra and that truck impressed me. It drove like new despite 80k miles.

My daughter needed something to work out of state for the summer and upcoming college semester, so we found a used 2009 GX470.

My wife's SUV lease was up, so we found a nice 2010 4Runner SR5 and added wheels/tires/5100s on the front.

I guess we are now a Toyota family!

Daughter was home from college for the weekend, so here are the pearl white "cousins"
