It is a struggle. I drive 80 miles a day back & forth to work at 16.5 MPG, filling the tank up every 4 days.

You will be (far) money ahead with the longevity of the thing if you keep it a long time. It will outlast all these turbo charged 4 cyl wonder machines by 3x at least if you take care of it. You can buy a lot of gas for the meager difference in milage.

I drive 54 each way, 20.8 per gallon average. Cruise control on,
65 mph….I am in no rush

Got her out to the mountains finally. 22 ORP, went a little different with the “build” than planned. OEM sliders, roof rack delete, hood swapped for a grail edition w/o scoop. Eibach stage 1, Fifteen52 Patrol HD’s on Wildpeak 265’s. Next will be Konig Countersteers and 255/80’s!

Very nice. We think alike too; I’ve had the roof rack delete kit since about a week after picking my truck up. Also considered a hood swap, which should be easy as many want the scoop. Seeing your photo has me thinking again…..
