When I knew...

The day I saw this 4Runner pull up next to me @ a Starbucks in Denver - was the day I decided I had to get one. (Though now I'm have the unpleasant task of finding the best lease deal.)

2010 SR5, Magnetic Grey SR5 with 3" lift front, 2" lift rear. 275/60/R20.

Some quick photos of my new 2010 Trail edition. Notice the added heated cloth seats.....they are awesome and with none of the leather seat drawbacks such as hot in summer cold in winter

How did you add the heated seats? Do they unstitch them and add the heating cores?

There are zippers for the seatback cover and the seat bottom cover is usually held down by hog rings. They'll just uncover the seat and put in the heating element pad on the cushion and recover it. Zip back on the cover and re-do the hog rings.

what he said I believe that is correct. The seats look like they were unmolested and the few dealers I spoke with said this is pretty common. They are great!

Yup any cloth seats can have this added. Most dealers charge about $500 for this. Just specify they use the stock location for the switches otherwise they end up on the side of the seat.

That is the grandest thing ever made by the hands of man in all history. I would kill for that exact thing. I expect you to take it off road and take a plethora of pictures.

LOL! Roger that! Planning a 4x4 trip in February. Me in my brand new TE and my buddy in his brand new Tacoma TRD Offroad. Can't wait to get it dirty... but man will I be pissed if I get as much as one tiny scratch in my sweet black paint!

My salty Limited!!

NICE!!! Dunno if anyone can answer my ques, but those running boards on the Limited in Canada, I know they come stock, but they look different than the ones people here in the US are getting from Southeast Toyota. And isn't the one Southeast selling suppossedly from Toyota??? Can anyone confirm this???

Like the top of your running boards appear to have spots while the one from Southeast is all chrome. I kinda like the ones from Canada but wouldn't know the first step in getting them.

Can seat heaters be added to the SR5 upholstery seats as well or only the Trail?

From my undersatnding any cloth seats, they all work the same and can be removed just as easily. The switches even have two different color LED's to indicate high/low(the only two settings).

thats correct, you can add heat and leather to any toyota model, i think the standard cost is 1000 leather and 500 heat, but you can negotiate
