Thanks!! I really like how it came out.

I used a leveling kit in the front, Ready Lift, and the tires are Cooper Zeon's. I learned my lesson after the Rubicon, keep it simple.

That would look pretty cool, but not now. I have less than 200 miles on it, I'm just going to enjoy....

Damn I love this truck, I have comfort and luxury with rugged offroad capability. I really wanted a Range Rover, now that I've seen a few after the "fixes", not a chance.

count me as someone who'd like to. will probably install seat-heaters just before next winter and wait until the fabric gets beaten to hell before adding aftermarket leather; gives me some time to shop around.

Well, got it Friday, fixed it up Monday and I'm finished.

I can't say enough how happy I am with all aspects of this vehicle. It's quiet, smooth, NAV is great and easy to use. Compared to my Rubicon, what an upgrade!!

The 20 inch Zeon's look good.

damn you put 275s on these rims? any rubbing issues? been looking for months for acceptable OTHER rims for a 275. you are the 4th ive seen do this here.

Well, it's really funny you said that. That is exactly what some of my friends have said to me, "It looks like a Range Rover". I do however, after growing more fond of the new look of the 4Runner, think the Rover is beginning to look dated. Never thought I would say that.

The only "issue" I've seen is rubbing on the front plastic inside the wheel well. The plastic there floats and is not attached to anything within the well and has protruding ridges. I only noticed it yesterday when backing out of my driveway on an incline with the wheel turned hard. I can't seem to replicate it on level ground though and the rubbing is caused by such a tiny fraction that it may just be these tires and not the other brands being installed. Oh well, it seems after a little wear that will go away or letting a little air out too. They put 40psi into the tire and my past experience with AT tires is that you get a much better ride at 35psi so we'll see.

As for the fit, even at 40psi, they have a flat cross section across the tread. If the tires were squeezed into the rim, there would be a pronounced rounding at the tread and this would cause irregular and premature tread wear. The tire seals perfectly also, there is no exposed bead lock around the rim that would indicate improper fit. But of course I'm not a tire expert, check with the manufacturer.

The ride seems a little more stiff but this is also due to the spacer in the front. I have changed the rake so this will cause a change. I also notice small bumps more but changing the psi will help with this, to the determent of my gas mileage. Overall, I'm very happy.

I really like the black ext with beige int. Normally I don't like light interior, but it looks nice with the contrast of the black/grey parts. I may have to consider that instead of the black down here in Houston.

I agree...black with beige interior is one of my favourite combinatons. My 3rd gen ltd was like that.

Nice truck! I bought a gen 5 limited, same color, back in January. Love the truck. Traded in a gen4 sport v8. Slight loss in power, but a tad better gas mileage so it seems like a fair enough trade for me. i think I like the tire/wheel set up on the SR5 better than my Limited. Tires are too skinny on the Limited. May have to change those... Enjoy!

This is the color that my wife is getting. I think it looks awesome. We are getting the tan leather, which I think is the best looking. She had black leather in the Camry and swore she wouldn't do that again, because it was too hot.

Also I am new to the site so just wanted to let you all know that I don't drive a 4Runner but this will be my wife's second one. The first was a '02. We have had a ton of Toyota's. Currently drive a '07 Tundra that I bought new in '07. Mods are listed in my sig line. I'm going to try to post a pic for the first time so we'll see if I can figure it out.
